• Any graduated
• Certificate in Quality management system and Food Safety.
• English Language (Communicate Level).
• Can use “ERP System” and “Odoo Software.”
• Proficiently use computer.
• Must have (1) year experience in QA and Document Control.
• Good knowledge of quality assurance standards, regulations, and best practices
• Able to understand about Food Safety Knowledge.
• Organizational and leadership skills, Reliable and trustworthy, Flexible, interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving,
• Able to work under pressure
Document control of QMS, FSMS and ESG related policies and procedures
• Formatting and Coding Procedures and Record Forms
• Keeping the procedures and record forms systematically
• Support in developing and maintaining QMS, FSMS, and ESGMS
Support the Record checking, Internal and External Audit
• Send the weekly invitation mail to the regarding department.
• Cooperate in regular record checking and document meeting
Attach the incoming raw Data in “Odoo”
• Check the data in Odoo and attach the file
• Communicate with the related departments about the data
Regular Tasks
• Assist in drawing the Schedule for Site Inspection and Send mail to HODs
• Conduct regular patrols on the premises to ensure compliance with Safety & PPE, Cleaning & Hygiene, general rules/regulations, and waste management.
• Glass breakage Inspection on daily and weekly
• Collect the department KPI every end of the month
• Check the due date of the calibration plan and follow up
• Check and follow up expired date of external document and license
Communicate with Pest Control Service
• Sending email and upload on Team that come and service by Pest Control
• Half-month Site map inspection for RBS and Mosquito Trap damage or not and catching rodents
• Communicate with other departments about Pest Control servicing and dealing with Pest Control Service Team
Assist in regular training and refresher courses related to QMS and FSMS
• Help to prepare manuals and training materials

Off Days : Saturday, Sunday & Gazette Holidays
