• Any graduated/Degree or Diploma in (MC/MP) Engineering
• Good computer skills.
• Minimum (4) years working experience in the automotive workshop.
• Supervisory working experience is preferred.
• Profound knowledge of relevant Aftersales IT tools (e.g. WIS, STAR Diagnosis).
• Basic knowledge of statutory health, safety and legal regulations.
• People management skills and Interpersonal skills.
• Approach, greet, and aid customers
• Perform vehicle inspection and/or test drive
• Recommended repair scope and/or service measures/recall and provide repair cost/time estimate
• Explain coverage of warranty and good will claims
• Provide customer mobility options during job order acceptance
• Promoted actively further Aftersales services and products
• Keep customer schedule commitments/obtain approval and inform the customer promptly about possible changes
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance that the correct work has been performed
• Issue preform invoice and ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed
• Handover customer vehicle in a professional manner and explain invoice
• Handle customer complaints as well as escalate special cases to Assistant Service Manager
• Implement customer lifecycle follow up measures such as regular maintenance reminders to increase customer loyalty
• Facilitate update of customer database and records with relevant Aftersales information
• Daily/weekly reporting preparing and report to line managers
• Parts Auditing and store maintenance with fully responsibility
• Responsible for front office/reception for all jobs and reporting, supervising and as per the dealer requirements
• Event organization and handling implementation with line managers
