• Bachelor’s Degree or related Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
• More than (5) years of experience in a managerial role within related sector.
• Proven experience in management and operations.
• Strong people management skills.
• Proficiency in technical and soft skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong root cause analysis skills.
• Willingness to travel for business trips if necessary.
• Leading the team to achieve both short-term and long-term goals, supporting logistics operations, and driving continuous improvement of the current operations strategy and resource utilization.
• Conducting root cause analysis and problem-solving for tactical responses.
• Applying critical thinking to brainstorm complex problems.
• Identifying and ensuring consistent measurement and accountability.
• Collaborating on the design, development, and delivery of key programs, metrics, reports, and analyses.
• Participating in and supporting special projects.
• Planning manpower and resources to meet targeted and emerging demands or workloads.
• Monitoring, following up, and proactively taking corrective actions for issues.
• Setting up KPIs and Strong Monitoring skill is a must-have.
• Ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and at the right quality.
• Performing any other reasonable duties as requested.
