• Learns to confer and correspond with and other concerned parties to acquire information on matters involving department actions; advises department staff/workers on the legality of procedures; recommends action to ensure compliance with state and legal laws, rules, guidelines and program requirements based upon review and analysis of relevant facts, data, policies and information.
• Learns to prepare legal documents, formal citations, audit recommendations, position papers and other material for use in administrative proceedings, audit reviews or enforcement actions; represents the department at administrative proceedings as required; prepares proposals for amendments to statutory provisions, rules, guidelines or procedures to provide more effective compliance and enforcement activities as well as improved department operations.
• Maintains liaison with the concerned parties/department to obtain or convey information on cases, investigative audits or effectively support and studies referred for compliance, enforcement action.
• Help to develop and administers compliance program through the establishment of policies, procedures, and corrective action plans which monitor compliance with buyer requirements, legal, and/or private licensure, certification rules and laws.
• Performs daily monitoring on Health, Safety & Environment and make sure the factory complies with the local regulatory requirement as well as buyer requirements.
• Responsible for data collection and calculation for energy, waste, water, chemical consumptions that impacts environmental issue from the facility production.
• Responsible for facility environmental management based on the guideline of department head.
• Maintain records and documentations on Social Compliance requirements e.g. certificates, inspection report, assessment reports, recommendations.
• Assist and conduct trainings involving Health & Safety of workers and Environment.
• Monitor all process involving production and department areas.
• Performs amendments duties and job function as required, instructed by department head.

Off Days : Saturday (Half), Sunday and Gazette Holidays
