• Any graduate and Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management / MBA or related field.
• Age between (40) to (53) years old.
• Must have (5) years experience in marketing and sales. (More preferred Steel Trade & Brick factory background)
• Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
• Experience in management may be advantageous.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services such as Sales & Marketing, Trading & Logistics.
• Provide suggestions for business growth.
• Liaise with import authorities, including custom clearance agents to smooth the importation processes timely.
• Up to date policies and procedures related to importation and reports to Senior Management Team in timely manner.
• Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits.
• Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
• Follow-up progress and impact of marketing actions ensuring targets and deadlines
• Preforms other duties as assigned by MD.
