• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, or Go.
• Proven experience as a Backend Developer, Software Developer, or similar role.
• Experience with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Understanding of network protocols and telecommunications concepts.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs for our software platform.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Optimize and scale backend systems to handle large volumes of data and high traffic.
• Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to backend systems, ensuring minimal downtime and disruptions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following industry best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in backend development and the ISP industry.
