Job Requirements/Job Information

• Any graduate, Prefer Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Mechatronics Engineering.
• Age between under (35) years old. 
• Computer Microsoft office (PPT, excel, work, pdf) & AutoCAD, Modeling 2D, 3D (especially for machine & process flow line diagram).
• At least (1) years working experiences as process engineer or product engineer related to product/process improvements and Quality improvements.
• Good personality and good health.

Job Description

• Conducting Research : to conduct research to identify new opportunities for innovation, as well as to understand the market, consumer needs, and industry trends. The research may be in the form of surveys, experiments, or focus groups.
• Developing New Products : to make plan for developing new products or improving existing ones. This involves ideation, designing, testing, and prototyping new products, and working with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure that the products meet customer needs and align with the company's overall strategy.
• Developing New Processes and Technologies : To take responsible for developing new processes and technologies that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. This may involve the development of new software, machinery, or manufacturing processes.
• Protecting Intellectual Property : Take responsible for protecting the company's intellectual property rights by securing patents, trademarks, and copyrights. This ensures that the company's innovations and products are not copied or stolen by competitors.
• Collaborating with Other Departments : Must work closely with other departments, such as marketing, Quality, M&E, Production and also with outsourcing technicians to ensure that products meet customer needs, are technically feasible, and are cost-effective.
• Managing Timeline : Must take responsible for managing budgets and ensuring that research projects are completed on time and within budget. This involves forecasting expenses, allocating resources, and monitoring project progress.
• Waste Control : Must lead projects closely with production team and M&E team to reduce on site facing waste such as utility, productivity, consumption etc...
