Job Requirements/Job Information

• B.Sc (Chemistry) or a minimum of a master’s degree in your area of research specialization.
• Minimum of (3) years up of experience in research and development.
• Prefer cement background area & cement formulation & Chemical Compound.
• Conducting research
• Developing products
• Improving existing products to meet customer needs and stay ahead of the competition.
• Planning, and implementing new products
• Provide advice, guidance and solutions to their product development issues.
• Strong Communication and effective dealing skills with suppliers, manufactures, dealers and retail shops.
• Manage the research and development budget effectively
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills and relationship management.

About the Company

Business : Cement Company
Location : Yankin Township, Yangon
Working Hours : 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday), 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Saturday)
Off Days : Saturday (Half), Sunday & Gazette Holidays
