• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• A proven track record of at least (3) years in roles supporting C-level executives, such as executive secretary or personal assistant.
• Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

Management Evaluation Reports:
• Prepare and submit accurate purchase records reports to the Director (Operations) and Deputy CEO promptly as guide by DyCEO & Chairman.
Communication and Processes for MIC:/Ensure BOD’s Direction:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all communication and processes related to the Myanmar Investment Commission (MIC), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and timely submission of necessary documents.
• Upcoming Projects Facilitation.
Efficiency Indicator Development:
• Develop and implement Rice Mills’ efficiency indicators, such as running hours versus used resources, to monitor and improve operational performance, PSI (Purchase /Sales/Inventory) to be well verse.
Develop the Trade Sales:
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance trade sales both locally and internationally for the designated buyer(s), ensuring alignment with organizational goals and targets.
Corporate Affairs:
• Responsible and assist to Management for group’s structure, strategy, system. Assist CEO for ANT’s related business.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage the Chairman's schedule, appointments, and meetings, optimizing time allocation and prioritization.
• Screen and oversee incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, managing or redirecting inquiries as necessary.
• Prepare and refine documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external communication.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
• Attend meetings with the Chairman when required, document minutes, and ensure the execution of action items for clear communication.
• Safeguard and update confidential files, records, and databases, prioritizing discretion.
• Foster communication and collaboration by liaising with internal departments and external partners.
• Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making and meeting preparations.
• Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, and board meetings.
• Manage expenses and budget tracking associated with the Chairman's office.
• Undertake general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
• Maintain records of the Chairman’s vehicles and supervise vehicle maintenance.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities assigned by the Chairman & BoD.
