• Proficient in English is preferred.
• Must have (5) years of proven experience in F&B Service (especially in Bar Management)
• A strong knowledge of bar operations, cocktails, F&B Service.
• Must have strong knowledge in inventory management of F&B.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must have leadership skills and able to coach and train to subordinates.
• Must be initiative and able to work long term.
• Must be eager to learn and self-motivated.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary.
• Manage and operate day-to-day operations of Amarapura Icon Sunset bar to the highest standards.
• Meet and greet all customers with excellent service.
• Handle customer complaints patiently and preserve excellent levels of customer service.
• Design menus, daily special F&B menus and continuously make necessary improvements.
• Work with sales and marketing team to increase sales.
• Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
• Conduct regular training sessions for employees.
• Maintain an excellent relationship with vendors and partners to ensure a smooth supply chain.
• Research and set up the POS system to ensure all transactions are recorded for accounting purposes.
• Monitor the physical cash and ensure all inflow of cash is matched with the customer orders.
• Perform all other ad hoc duties requested by General Manager and CEO.
