• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is preferred.
• At least (5) years’ experience in related field.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a chemical cleaning or industrial cleaning environment.
• Strong knowledge of chemical cleaning processes and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and handle hazardous materials safely.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Supervision and Leadership
• Supervise and lead a team of chemical cleaning technicians.
• Assign tasks and monitor the performance of team members.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on chemical cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address issues, and plan upcoming tasks.
Operational Management
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee chemical cleaning operations.
• Ensure that all cleaning processes are completed on time and to the required standards.
• Monitor and maintain chemical inventories and cleaning supplies.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of all cleaning equipment and machinery.
Safety and Compliance
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure team members adhere to safety protocols.
• Identify potential safety hazards and implement corrective measures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
Quality Control
• Inspect cleaning processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Address any deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and results.
• Perform regular audits of cleaning processes and documentation.
Communication and Reporting
• Liaise with clients to understand their cleaning requirements and expectations.
• Provide regular updates to management on project status and team performance.
• Prepare and submit reports on cleaning activities, inventory levels, and equipment status.
Working Conditions
• Work may be performed in various industrial settings, including confined spaces, elevated areas, and around hazardous chemicals.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
• Able to work overtime if necessary.
