• Bachelor’s degree in medical (MBBS), business and other related courses.
• Proven experience as Business manager or other relatable roles.
• Must have (1) to (2) years of the job experience in a healthcare sector.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
• Information research skills.
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and draw inferences from research findings, and prepare reports.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to maintain and organize files and records.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, database, etc.
• Leadership qualities, organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.
• Good work ethics, problem solving skills and networking skills.
• Attend, participate, and share knowledge gained from international training sessions, product training, webinars, seminars, and other brand-related meetings.
• Provide internal training to team members based on international standards.
• Internal Brand Training and medical knowledge training shall be conducted regularly for each brand.
• Ensure all activities align with the guidelines set by each Brand Principal.
• Maintain brand integrity in all communications and medical strategies.
• Create medical tools needed for the medical visits and continuous brand awareness in the hospitals and clinics.
• Manage and handle any publications and communications related to the medical field, e.g. Newsletter
• Familiarity with the dermatologist and aesthetic market, conducting medical visits, attending symposiums, and participating in related activities.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with customers/clients through visual presentations and direct engagement in the medical channel.
• Operate and manage sponsorship activities, symposiums, and other brand-related events.
• Collect and analyze sector information to guide strategic decisions.
• Consult on customer complaints and concerns, providing resolutions in a timely manner.
• Offer professional advice to clients on the use of products and services.
• Conduct market research and collaborate with the Brand Team to develop and implement medical strategies.
• Lead the strategy, planning, execution, and implementation of medical channel initiatives.
• Ensure frequent and effective medical visits to private hospitals and public sector facilities.
• Engage with public sector stakeholders to expand the brand’s reach.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive 1-year plan focusing on the medical channel.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports related to client interactions, market research, sales performance, and other relevant activities.
