• Develop and Implement Long-term business strategies aligned with the organization's vision.
• Ensure growth in revenues and profitability by analyzing market trends and identifying new opportunities.
• Oversee daily operation of the company ensuring efficiency in productions, procurement, and supply chain.
• Ensure quality control of all jewelry products, especially in regard to gold purity and certification standards.
• Optimize inventory levels and manage relationships with suppliers and wholesalers.
• Develop and Implement Marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with high-net- worth customers, corporate clients, and partners.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cost control measure. Monitor Cash Flow, Profits, and losses, and ensure that the company meets financial targets.
• Coordinate with finance teams for audits, financial reporting, and tax compliance
• Ensure that the organization delivers exceptional customer service, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Lead, mentor and develop a diverse team of employees across departments.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, motivating teams to achieve high levels of productivity and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations concerning gold trading, hallmarking and labor laws

• Negotiate pricing and terms of contracts to ensure profitability.
• Explore and Implement technology solutions such as ERP systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on trends in the jewelry industry, such as customization technologies or e-commerce strategics, and integrate them into the business.
