• Any bachelor degree. (Master's degree preferred).

• Lead and manage all production activities to ensure timely and cost-effective production of high-quality food products.
• Ensure that the manufacturing processes are compliant with local and international food safety and quality standards, Food and Drug Administration (e.g., ISO, FDA).
• Oversee inventory control, procurement of raw materials, and supply chain management.
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Lead the design and implementation of M&E frameworks for various programs and projects.
• Develop and maintain organizational M&E policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all programs.
• Provide strategic guidance on the integration of M&E into program development and decision-making processes.
• Coaching related with each department SOP, KPI, departmental structure.
• Develop HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of staff for production and other departments.
• Manage employee relations and create a positive workplace culture.
• Implement employee training and development programs.
• Supervise performance management processes, including appraisals and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including health, safety, and employee benefits.
• Develop and implement strategies for effective administration and office management to support organizational goals.
• Lead, supervise, and manage the administration team, ensuring the department operates efficiently.
• Collaborate with senior management to ensure administrative processes are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
• Promote a culture of health and safety, ensuring adherence to workplace safety standards.
• Conduct regular health and safety audits and provide necessary training.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Identify cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality and safety.
• Monitor financial performance, reporting key metrics to senior management.
• Ensure that the production facility meets or exceeds local and international quality standards.
• Manage quality control processes, including regular inspections and audits.
• Address customer feedback and resolve any product-related issues.
• Develop and implement long-term business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Provide leadership and direction to all departments, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
