• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred (e.g., MHA, MBA).
• Must be (5) years of progressive management experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Proven experience with budgeting, resource management, and strategic planning.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with healthcare laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to navigate complex situations and make data-driven decisions.
• Oversee all aspects of hospital operations, including clinical services, administration, and support services.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient care quality and operational efficiency.
• Manage budgets, allocate resources, and monitor financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with department heads to establish and achieve hospital goals and objectives.
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent across various hospital departments.
• Address patient and staff concerns, ensuring a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
• Analyze performance metrics and develop solutions for continuous improvement.
• Represent the hospital at community events, with regulatory agencies, and in other external engagements.
