• Relevant Nurse degree holder, preferably midwife diploma.
• IT literacy with basic computer skills.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Maternal and Child Health preferred.
• Good Communication skills.
• Able to join both day and evening shifts.
• Providing telehealth services to mothers and children through phone calls and other digital platforms.
• Providing health education and information on digital consultation tools and media.
• Clinical practice such as medicines check, remind follow up and clinical care to the patients on demand.
• To participate in regular training programs and CME sessions.
• Report to Clinical Team Leader/Call Center Manager.
