• Minimum (1) years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Responsible to achieving sales targets and goals while leading medical representatives.
• Monitor the performance of sales representative and provide the necessary guideline to improve efficiency of sales representatives.
• Promote and deliver key messages of medical products to health care professionals and generate prescriptions.
• Boost sales for existing customers & acquire new customers.
• Actively drive sales & marketing activities to achieve sales targets in areas.
• Understanding of customer buying behavior and maintain the customer relationship.
• Work closely with the team to guide & solve the customer problems & complaints.
• Must be able to travel to province areas.
• Must be able to follow the company rules and procedure.
• Weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and sale reports to manager

Off Days : Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Gazette Holidays
