•Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements in the garment industry.
• Experience in handling factory audits and social compliance certifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including government bodies, NGOs, and international buyers.
• Familiarity with buyer-specific compliance requirements.
• Ability to analyze compliance risks and implement effective solutions.

Job Description

• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Oversee factory compliance with international standards.
• Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with social, environmental, and safety standards.
• Liaise with buyers and third-party auditors to ensure smooth compliance audits.
• Manage ethical sourcing and sustainability initiatives to meet buyer expectations.
• Work with HR to implement training programs on compliance topics
• Develop and implement policies related to workplace safety, child labor prevention, and sustainability.
• Continuously monitor changes in industry regulations and update company policies accordingly.
• Maintain records of all compliance-related activities, certifications, and audits.
• Train and educate employees on compliance-related matters.
• Lead internal audits, risk assessments, and corrective action planning.
• Address non-compliance issues and implement corrective action plans.
• Stay updated on changes in compliance laws and industry best practices.

Off Days : Saturday (Half), Sunday & Gazette Holidays
