• Should be understand the knowledge of export and import products (Agriculture Products).
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Processing skills in leadership, team building, communication, decision making, problem solving, presentation and organizing.
• Responsible for the overall stability and profitability of the whole trading operation (Export & Import and Custom process)
• To manage the overall process of applying import & export license and custom clearance
• To manage a prepare the require document for export / import license, custom clearance process and shipping document
• To manage and handle a custom and port clearance
• To manage Custom clearance administrative duties
• Coordinate with concern department for product import and export shipment
• To manage clearance agent and clearance process are done timely and cargoes are cleared out from port as fast as possible.
• Coordinate with freight forwarder and transportation agent to arrange shipment
• Understand the inspection policy and procedures
• Plan, manages and implements the annual operation budget
• Maintain good relationship with related government offices, shipping lines, suppliers, clients, and all the involving parties
• Oversees the entire operation and performance of the business and to ensure the company’s short term and long-term goals and objectives are met
