1. Leadership & Staff Management:
Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the business.
Hire, train, and manage department heads and other key staff members.
Foster a positive, productive work environment while maintaining high morale among staff.
Set clear objectives for team members and monitor performance through regular feedback.
2. Operational Excellence:
Ensure smooth operation of all areas, including [specific areas depending on the industry, e.g., food & beverage, guest services, front desk, etc.].
Implement best practices and streamline operational procedures for maximum efficiency.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for business success.
3. Financial Management:
