• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in Business, Management, or International Relations).
• MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.

Leadership & Strategic Direction
• Develop and implement business strategy aligned with mission and market trends.
• Oversee company operations and ensure each department aligns with company goals.
• Identify growth opportunities in both overseas recruitment and Korea-bound education sectors.
• Lead business development and high-level partnerships with local and foreign agencies.
Operations & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws and MoEAF regulations.
• Maintain strong collaboration with Korean EPS, HRD Korea, embassies, and overseas employers.
• Oversea visa processing, pre-departure training, documentation, and employer relations.
• Ensure quality delivery of TOPIK, EPS-TOPIK, and Korean language/culture training programs.
Financial Management
• Prepare and manage annual budgets.
• Analyze monthly financial performance and drive cost-effective operations.
• Approve contracts, pricing, and new investment proposals.
HR & Organizational Culture
• Build and nurture a high-performance management team.
• Approve recruitment of key staff and trainer positions.
• Uphold ethical standards, non-discrimination, and anti-corruption practices.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
• Represent the company with Korean partner universities, training centers, and employers.
• Build trust and visibility with government bodies, MoLIP, and MoE.
• Manage escalated client issues, disputes, and feedback resolution.
