• Have completed at least high school education with at least one (1) year of experience as a Security Team Leader (or) Shift Security Supervisor.
• ‌Must have age between (22) and (55) years old.
• Possess basic computer skills to operate building security systems, including CCTV, fire alarms, access control, and alarm systems.
• Possess basic English communication skills.
• Possess self-defense skills.
• Proficient in using a two-way radio for communication.
• Medically fit, with a height of at least one hundred and fifty centimeter (150 cm), and a Body Mass Index (BMI) between eighteen point five (18.5) and thirty (30).
• Achieved a score of fifty percent (50 %) (or) higher on the physical test, including:
• Running.
• Sit-ups.
• Push-ups.
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with COMPANY and clients.
• Exhibit a professional and personable demeanor.
• Hold a valid advanced firefighting training certificate.
• Maintain a clean criminal record with no pending court cases.
• Abstain from illegal drugs, betel nut chewing, and gambling.
• Be polite, gentle, and ready to follow COMPANY instructions.

Job Description

• Establish and maintain a checkpoint record system.
• Inspect all vehicles and visitors before entering COMPANY premises.
• Deter and report unauthorized personnel and vehicles attempting to enter areas designated as controlled by the COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE.
• Report all serious or unexpected incidents to COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE.
• Check vehicle passengers for proper identification in accordance with COMPANY procedures and instructions.
• Admit only authorized vehicles.
• Conduct regular patrol inspections within the COMPANY’s premises
• During nighttime hours, the Shift Security Supervisor must ensure the perimeter of the COMPANY’s compound is thoroughly checked and secured.
• Immediately report any suspicious vehicles or individuals observed in the vicinity of the facilities to the Site Security Manager.
• Physically inspect all packages and mail delivered to, or carried by, any individual attempting to pass through a Security Guard post.
• In the event of a fire, immediately raise the general alarm, report the incident to the Site Security Manager, assist in the evacuation of employees, and coordinate firefighting efforts.
• Shall not be on duty for more than twelve (12) consecutive hours within a twenty-four (24) hour period, except under emergency conditions and as authorized by the COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE.
• Shall work according to the provided rotation plan, duly approved by the COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE.
• Responsible for tracking COMPANY’s PERSONNEL and vehicles.
• In the absence of the CONTRACTOR’s Site Security Manager, the Shift
Security Supervisor shall assume the responsibilities and duties of the Site Security Manager.
• Maintain physical fitness by exercising at least once a week for a continuous 45- minute session.
• Undergo a physical fitness test every six months and achieve results that meet or exceed the specified standards.
• Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned by COMPANY.
