• Any Graduated.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering (or) related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum (7) to (10) years of managerial experience, with at least (3) years in a senior leadership role within FMCG, beverages, or manufacturing industry.
• Fluency in English and Myanmar (both written and verbal) preferred.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in ISO and HACCP implementation.
• Proven track record of achieving sales growth and operational excellence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to increase sales revenue and market share.
• Oversee production operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and HACCP standards, implementing best practices for food safety and quality assurance.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the management team and staff to achieve company goals.
• Monitor financial performance, control budgets, and optimize resource allocation.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand the company’s market presence.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers, and regulatory bodies.
• Prepare and present periodic performance reports to the Board of Directors.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
