• Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to influence people at all levels, internally and externally.
• To develop, conduct and evaluate modules and training to field force teams for products knowledge, basic medical science and related pharma industrial knowledge to apply in the fields.
• Responsible for new employees’ training until they are eligible to promote the products and make sure they are provided with the necessary knowledge and skills to cope with the area and respective products.
• To build up and expand World Medical Library programs for MDs to strengthen relationship with them providing educational support.
• To keep updating clinical data and support the requested medical articles and journals to MDs Nationwide smoothly and timely in coordination with field force teams.
• To develop questionnaires for iKnow test (online exam) and help to improve know-how of field force team.
• To participate, organize and then create brand awareness through product talks in Conferences, Symposiums, CMEs, Round Table Discussions including out towns’ areas.
• To assist the brand mangers & field operation manager for development of marketing plans, promotions, brand building and sales aids programs in accordance with the annual marketing strategic plans and conduct proper coordination with respective department to improve new and existing business.
• To visit KOLs to strengthen relationships and empower field force to enhance Rx generation. Moreover, to accompany KOLs in their academic tour or trip sponsored by UPCL.
• Regular reports about the activities done, brand awareness condition and gather MD feedback.
• To find out FAQs from MDs, Nurses, Midwives and consumers and then identify issues and problems, handle it together with brand management & field force teams in finding solutions.
• To identify, collect, and interpret information on UPCL products that may pose a risk to public health (Adverse Events, new indication etc.) (Pharmacovigilance)
• Support to develop digital social media content/article relating to Ethical Categories
• Visiting customers/ field to identify market trends (both OTC & Ethical) and develop a database to be used for product planning, sales forecasting, and market penetration
• Obtaining customer and market data required for use in the new product development process
• To research the market for new products and prepare the comparative Set by identifying actual competitive price levels, key product features, and functions that lock out competitors
• To update the information of Myanmar Pharma, import data and the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare industry’s information
• To provide information of new products/ new molecules entering the market, new treatment guidelines and updated pharmaceutical news
• To enable managing time to get things done of field work, reporting, data analysis and documentation
