• Master’s degree in Business Administration.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance / operation metrics.
• Age between (50) to (55) years old.
• Minimum of (10) years of experience in senior operational roles and over (6) years experiences as General Manager.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid understanding of business functions (e.g., HR, Marketing, Operation).
• Develop and implement strategic business plan to achieve company objectives.
• Oversee daily operations of the business or department.
• Lead, manage and develop department heads and staff.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations and industry standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, vendors and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for business growth, cost reduction and improved efficiency.
• Report directly to executive leadership or the board of directors.
