• Bachelor/ Diploma in Agricultural Science or Bachelor Degree with related experience.
• Knowledge of corn cultivation and general agronomic practices.
• Strong willingness to learn and work under the guidance of Senior Agronomists.
• Ability to travel frequently and work in rural areas.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess a valid driving license and ability to drive (preferred).
• Assist in establishing and maintaining demonstration plots in corn-growing areas.
• Support Senior Agronomists in conducting field trials, data collection, and monitoring.
• Help organize and conduct farmer meetings and training sessions before and during the corn season.
• Record crop development, pest/disease incidence, and provide basic agronomic support.
• Submit daily and weekly field activity reports to Senior Agronomist / Team Leader.
• Collaborate with Sales Officers during farmer visits and extension activities.
• Escalate farmer concerns or technical issues to Senior Agronomists for solutions.

Location : Shan State & Ayeyarwaddy Region.
Working Hours : 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Off Days : Saturday (Half), Sunday and Gazette Holidays
