• Any Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of over (5) years in a safety-related role.
• Essential Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Can Command with Eng (or) Thai.
• Experience in implementing and managing safety programs.
• In-depth knowledge of Myanmars safety regulations and standards.
• Create, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities, equipment, and operations to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
• Develop and deliver training programs for employees on HSE practices, emergency procedures, and safe work habits.
• Investigate accidents and near-misses, providing detailed reports and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance with HSE regulations and internal policies, preparing reports for management as necessary.
• Work closely with various departments to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
• Maintain accurate records of safety training, incidents, inspections, and audits.
