• Develop daily delivery and collection schedules for Delivery Riders and Drivers.
• Provide real-time guidance to drivers and track delivery statuses.
• Manage and resolve route changes, delays, and emergency situations.
• Collaborate with Customer Service department for delivery-related inquiries.
• Systematically record all dispatch- related information.
