Job Requirements/Job Information

• University Degree. 
• Diploma (or) Certificate holder in Health and Safety Management. 
• Minimum (5) years’ experience in Health and Safety Field especially in Factory safety role is preferable. 
• Valid Occupational Health and Safety Qualification. 
• Strong Knowledge in Local OSH Law, Rule & Regulations.  
• Ability in producing reports, good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessments. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
• Attention to detail and outstanding observation ability. 
• Competent user of Microsoft office, Internet and email. 
• Good command of written and spoken English and Myanmar.

Job Description

• Assist the Factory Manager to coordinate and monitor matters pertaining safety, health and environment so that it is compiled to company’ mission and is compiled to legal requirements. 
• Ensure the organization complies with all relevant environmental, health and safety regulation & standard.
• Conduct regular safety, health and environmental inspection to identify and assess related risk with equipment, process, procedures, materials and activities.  
• Develop safe work procedure for HSE matters (Waste management, Hazardous Chemical and substances, Emergency Preparedness etc and control ways for reducing environmental impacts. 
• Implement HSE Monitoring report (Air Quality, Water pollution, Solid waste management system, Soil contamination, Noise and vibration, Odor, Hazardous and chemical substances, green 
plan, Landscape, Local water use, OHS, Community Health and safety, CSR programs, emergency response, transboundary and global issues) to OSSC government in TSEZ as per guidelines. 
• Responsible to train and mentor workers about the good practices and legal requirements of safety, health and environment. 
• Lead the safety committee and safety tool box talk. Display safety poster and sign to related Dept.  
• Conduct Monthly Meeting and report update status to Management. 
• Ensure that all documents of OHSE (Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental) department are always updated and well maintained. 
• Identify & propose for improvements through inspection activities and report to Management on time. 
• Carry out other related duties as assigned and instructed by management.
