• Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including manuals, guides, presentations, videos, and interactive contents by using Talent Soft Platform to educate trainees about product features, benefits, and usage ;
• Organize and schedule training session, ensuring that they align with business priorities and product release timelines;
• Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to customers, or partners, both in-person and virtually, on product features, applications, troubleshooting, and best practices;
• Respond to queries, providing detailed and understandable explanations, ensuring that trainees leave with a thorough understanding of the product.
• Design customer training programs to ensure clients fully understand how to utilize the product’s features and get the most value out of it;
• Monitor and report on the progress of trainees, ensuring that learning objectives are met and product knowledge is successfully acquired ;
