• Bachelor of degree or diploma.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• (3) year’s experiences with leasing, (or) vehicle loan sector preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation with Dealer & Car Showroom.
• Willingness to travel for vehicle inspections and customer visits
• Precision in maintaining accurate records and metadata.
• Fluence in technical skill.

Job Description

Loan Operations & Supervision:
• Supervise daily vehicle loan operations, including loan applications, documentation, and disbursement processes.
• Review and verify loan applications, customer documents, and vehicle-related collateral.
 Ensure loan processing complies with credit policy, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

Sales Performance & Business Growth:
• Support achievement of vehicle loan sales targets and portfolio growth.
• Coordinate with sales officers, dealers, and agents to generate loan leads.
• Monitor sales performance and provide guidance to improve results.

Credit & Risk Management:
• Conduct preliminary credit assessments and recommend loan approvals within delegated authority.
• Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency, and overdue accounts.
• Coordinate with collections teams to follow up on overdue vehicle loans.

Team Supervision & Coaching:
• Supervise and guide vehicle loan officers and credit staff.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and training to improve staff performance.
• Monitor staff productivity and adherence to procedures.

Reporting & Documentation:
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle loan reports.
• Maintain accurate loan records and documentation.
• Escalate high-risk cases, issues, or exceptions to management.

Customer Service & Compliance:
• Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the loan process.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations.
