• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent fields.
• Must have (5) years of hands-on experience in software development.
Technical Expertise
• Strong expertise in Core Java (OOP, Collections, Generics, Streams, Concurrency) and Java 8+ features (Lambda, Functional Programming).
• Proficient in Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and MyBatis.
• Experience with Vue 3 and React.
• Skilled in RESTful APIs and Microservices design.
• Proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis), and API testing with Postman.
• Practical knowledge of DigitalOcean, CI/CD pipelines, and build tools like Maven or Gradle.
• Knowledge of JVM tuning, garbage collection, and multithreading.
Design & Leadership
• Strong command of SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and clean code practices.
• Experience in system design focusing on scalability and maintainability.
• Proven leadership in mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews.
• Active participation in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
