• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
• Higher legal qualifications or certifications are an advantage.
• Age between (25) to (40) years old.
• Minimum (2) to (5) years of experience in corporate legal or business law.
• Fluent in English (4 skills).
• Strong knowledge of business law and corporate regulations. 
• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills. 
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Description

• Provide legal advice on business operations, contracts, and corporate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements (e.g., vendor, client, partnership agreements).
• Ensure compliance with business laws, corporate regulations, and company policies.
• Handle legal documentation related to company registration, licenses, and regulatory filings.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations and advise management accordingly.
• Support legal risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with external lawyers, government authorities, and stakeholders.
• Assist in handling disputes, claims, and legal proceedings if necessary.
• Maintain proper records of all legal documents and contracts.
• Provide legal training or guidance to internal departments.

Location : Pabedan Township, Yangon
Working Hours : 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Lunch time 12:00 AM to 1:00 PM)
Off Days : Saturday, Sunday & Gazette Holidays
