Sales & Marketing Oversight
• Supervise the Sales & Marketing Manager to meet monthly targets,
• analyze sales performance and customer feedback,
• manage customer complaints, conduct market research
• competitor analysis, and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
Procurement, QC & Logistics Oversight
• Oversee procurement and QC operations through the supervisor
• ensure accurate SAP purchasing processes
• manage quality inspections and issue investigations
• coordinate rail and truck transportation for timely and efficient delivery.
HR, Admin & Secretarial Oversight
• Supervise administrative and HR functions
• Including license management
• employee records and payroll
• recruitment and welfare, and coordination of meetings and business travel.
Productivity (ထုတ်လုပ်မှု မြှင့်တင်ရေး)
• Oversees production operations and productivity improvement to meet output targets, ensuring efficient processes, quality standards, and optimal resource utilization.
• Coordinates inventory, equipment, and cross-functional teams while driving continuous improvement, safety, and successful project execution.
• Leads production and productivity improvement, ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery through effective planning, process control, and cross-functional coordination.
