• Degree or diploma in Occupational Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Must have (2) to (5) years experience in Bachelor’s factory / manufacturing safety management preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or factory environment preferred.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Monitor daily factory operations to ensure safe working practices.
• Conduct regular inspections of production areas, warehouse, office, and surrounding premises.
• Identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and potential hazards.
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained in all work areas.
• Review risk controls regularly.
• Prepare investigation reports with root cause analysis.
• Follow up implementation of corrective actions.
• Maintain fire extinguishers, alarms, hydrants, emergency exits, and evacuation plans.
• Coordinate with fire department or emergency services if needed.
