• Landscape Management / Horticulture / Agriculture experience (၂) (သို့) (၃) နှစ်ရှိရပါမည်။
• Landscape design နှင့် plant knowledge အခြေခံကောင်းမွန်ရပါမည်။
• Team management & leadership skill ရှိရပါမည်။
• Outdoor work လုပ်နိုင်ပြီး physical fitness ကောင်းမွန်ရပါမည်။
• Problem solving, planning, irrigation system & landscape project experience ရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးပါမည်။
• Landscape design, planting plan နှင့် maintenance work များ စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း။
• Garden, lawn, trees & plants များကို သန့်ရှင်းလှပအောင် ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
• Landscaping team ကို daily schedule ဖြင့် တာဝန်ခွဲဝေ စီမံခြင်း။
• Irrigation, fertilizer & pesticide အသုံးပြုမှုများကို စနစ်တကျ ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း။
• Plant health, soil condition, pest control နှင့် equipment maintenance များ စစ်ဆေးထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
