• Any Degree (or) Agriculture Science , Agribusiness.
• Prefer MBA (or) Master’s Degree will be an advantage.
• Practical management (or) business operation experience.
• Experience in Sales , agriculture, fertilizer, seeds, (or) FMCG is preferred.
• Good communication skills with farmers and local partners.
• Willing to travel and work in the field.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Manage daily operations including sales, distribution, and inventory.
• Work closely with farmers, local agents, and dealers to increase sales.
• Implement simple and practical market expansion strategies.
• Supervise staff, assign duties, and improve team efficiency.
• Control operational costs and ensure business profitability.
• Oversee product quality, warehouse, and delivery processes.
• Provide regular sales and operation reports to the Owner MD.
• Suggest practical ideas for business growth and expansion.
