• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Animal Science (or) Vet or related field.
• Must have (10) years hatchery management experience.
• Ability to stay in the Hatchery.
• Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and ensure production schedules and quality standards are consistently met.
• Supervise hatchery employees from egg setting and transfer, hatching, vaccinating, delivery and, maintenance.
• Knowledge of electricity, humidity and air exchange systems within the hatchery.
• Assist in the hiring and training of new employees.
• Maintain adequate inventories of essential items.
• Ensure hatchery employees exemplify core operational principles.
• Ensure labor/home of employers undergo treatments for hatchery processing.

Working Hours : Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Saturday (9:00 AM to 1:30 PM)
