• Any Bachelor’s or Preferrable Textile Engineering.
• Must have experience above (5) years in R&D Manager Role.
• Experience with regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO, CE).
• Strong project management skills. 
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Job Description

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and distributors
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients (hospitals, healthcare groups, distributors)
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with major accounts
• Provide coaching and field support to improve team effectiveness
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports
• Maintain ethical sales practices in line with medical industry standards

Business : Pharmaceutical Company 
Location : North Dagon Township, Yangon
Working Hours : 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Off Days : Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Gazette Holidays
