Strategic Management
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with overarching companygoals.
• Monitor organizational performance and recommend high-impact improvements.

• Participate actively in executive management decision-making and boardmeetings.
Operations Management
• Monitor and support all business units, including Construction, Trading, MarbleProduction, and Hotel operations.
• Oversee daily operational activities across all corporate and divisionaldepartments.
• Ensure operational processes comply with company policies, standards, and legalregulations.
• Develop and improve operational systems, procedures, and internal controls.
• Monitor project progress, manufacturing outputs, and hospitality serviceperformance.
Team Leadership
• Lead, supervise, mentor, and develop department managers and business unitheads.
• Establish performance objectives and conduct regular evaluations.
• Promote cross-functional teamwork, open communication, and a positive, high-performance work environment.
• Identify training gaps and implement leadership development plans.
Financial Control
• Prepare, allocate, and manage annual operational budgets across all units.
• Monitor expenses, eliminate waste, and optimize group resource utilization.
• Review operational cost structures and implement sustainable cost-savingmeasures.
• Support corporate financial planning, cash flow management, and forecasting.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and local licensing requirements acrossall sectors.
• Implement quality assurance standards matching industry benchmarks
• Oversee workplace health, safety and environment (HSE) programs.
• Manage risk assessment and mitigation activities.
Reporting & Analytics
• Prepare and present comprehensive operational reports for senior management.
• Analyze KPIs and operational metrics to identify bottlenecks.
• Recommend executing corrective actions when metrics deviate from targets.
