• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum (5) to (7) years of progressive management experience, preferably in standards organizations, supply chain, retail, or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of barcode technology, and supply chain processes (or ability to learn quickly) would be a plus.
• Proven experience in operational leadership, business development, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken) with strong business communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.

• Assist the CEO in executing the organization’s strategic plan in line with the company global vision and mission.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality service delivery, and compliance with the organization policies.
• Manage and monitor annual budgets, operational KPIs, and performance targets.
• Implement process improvements to enhance service quality, member satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Member & Stakeholder Engagement
• Oversee membership services, ensuring seamless registration, renewal, and technical support for the company barcodes and identification systems.
• Build strong relationships with industry stakeholders, including manufacturers, retailers, government agencies, and trade associations.
• Organize training, workshops, and awareness programs to promote the company standards adoption.
• Address member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Business Development & Growth
• Identify new business opportunities to expand the adoption of the company standards in emerging sectors (e.g., healthcare, logistics, e-commerce).
• Develop and execute marketing and outreach strategies to grow membership and service uptake.
• Collaborate with industry leaders to integrate the company solutions into supply chain, digital commerce, and traceability systems.
Compliance & Standards Alignment
• Ensure local implementation aligns with the company Global Standards and guidelines.
• Monitor and enforce proper usage of the company barcodes and numbering systems.
• Maintain updated knowledge of the company innovations and best practices, integrating them into local operations.
