• Experience about 5s, GMP, ISO 9001-2015.

• Excellent communication and listening skills depend on the work condition.
• Able monitoring and ensuring high-quality standards in production, inspecting processes and outputs, and supervising staff.
• Data analyze, communicate with external officers, and maintain records.
• This skill set includes a deep understanding of industry standards, manufacturing processes, and quality assurance methodologies.
• Quality Control Managers must stay abreast of regulatory requirements and be proficient in using quality management systems and tools.

Team KPI
• To comply with the KPIs established by the Department.
• QA/QC Department အတွက်ချမှတ်ထားသော KPIs အားလိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
Hazard Identification လုပ်ငန်းခွင် အန္တရာယ်ဖြစ်စေသော လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များဖော်ပြချက်
• Lead daily safety toolbox meeting
• Develop and deliver safety mind-set to enhance the safety culture of quality team.
• Can do risk assessment of related field.
• Raw material ritual in the factory, care must be taken when moving around material trucks and forklifts and wheel loaders.
• Go outside, must take care of the road and take care of vehicle traffic.
• Monitoring the FIFO/FEFO system in production and if any situation finds out, must be informed to line Manager and Warehouse Department.
• Make sure there is no usage of expired or non-inspection materials in production without getting permission.
• Regularly report on monthly summary of incoming materials result.
• Drive improvement/simplification on testing and sampling plan.
• Make sure to accuracy of internal formulation code creation and follow up the detail result.
• Places non-conforming products on hold following the documented procedure.
• Make sure to follow up I-CAR status and close the issue.
• Make sure to follow up there is no lack of information between WH, sale and production team for internal issue control.
• Leadership for the quality team to perform their roles and responsibilities and support day to day operation.
• Make sure daily 5s activities have done and ensures that all Lab equipment surfaces and the work environment is clean.
• Reports to Quality Manager about daily quality control data and issue on time. Un-normal issue must be informed immediately.
• Reports immediately to Quality Manager any defects in the Lab equipment which will affect the integrity of the lab result.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to product quality, compliance data and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Regularly report on KPI performance.
Quality Control: (Raw Material)
• Establish and monitor quality control processes for incoming materials and make sure to keep full inspection records with COA attachment.
• (Records must be traceable and compliance with QMS)
• Assure the defect incoming materials are labelled or segregated the area in chemical storage area by dealing with Warehouse Department.
• Create the documents and WIS compliance with quality management system.
Quality Control: (Process)
• Establish and monitor quality control processes of internal process control in terms of (PC%, SR%, Tem, Pressure and Glue preparation....) and report to line manager on time when the un-normal condition observed.
• Assure to check daily inspection records of process control and assurance of data accuracy.
• (Records must be traceable and compliance with QMS)
• Well Understanding of Process Flow and can set up critical quality control point.
• Monitoring and tracking all issues, errors and product defects during operation and collaborate with R&D team, production team to close internal issue.
• Create detailed and well-structured test plans when the analysis of the data needed.
• Create the documents and WIS compliance with quality management system.
Quality Control (Outgoing)
• Establish and monitor quality control processes of semi-finished good and finished good outgoing control.
• Assure to check daily inspection records of process control and assurance of data accuracy. (Records must be traceable and compliance with QMS)
• Monitoring and tracking the issue when the product defect happens more than six rolls.
• Follow up of semi-FG and FG reject issue as per internal control.
• Make sure to follow all the quality defect are classified in Grade-B classification.
• Follow up for retesting and reworking of defected products.
• Create the documents and WIS compliance with quality management system.
• Regularly report on daily inspection record, pending record and reject kg record to line manager.
• Assure to communicate cross department (WH, Production team) when the non-compliance issue observed.
