• Diploma (or) Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Age must be between (25) to (35) years.
• Must have at least (3) to (5) years or more of relevant work experience.
• Must be proficient in Computer usage, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project), AutoCAD, Isometric & Adobe (PageMaker & PhotoShop).
• Must be proficient in using Email & Internet.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must have a clean political background.
• Must perform tasks related to Engineering Civil Work in accordance with the instructions of the Engineering Department Head.
• Must calculate and submit project-by-project Civil Work estimates before the Tender phase. Quotations submitted must also be reviewed and checked.
• Must arrange and ensure that required project-specific Designs and Drawings are complete.
• After winning the Tender, the Actual Cost Estimate must be accurately recalculated according to the approved budget allocation.
• Before project commencement, rough layout drawings and cost estimations must be prepared for staff quarters, stores, site offices, and clearing sheds within the respective work sites.
• From the start of project operations, material acquisition requests (Indents) must be
scrutinized and drafted in coordination with site supervisors and submitted to the Director for approval.
• Daily progress reports (Daily Progress) from respective project sites must be requested from site managers, and necessary adjustments and coordination must be handled.
• Inbound and outbound material records, material storage, and usage at respective work sites must be managed and resolved in coordination with supervisors to minimize waste.
• Upon submission from respective job sites, invoices/payment bills must be cross-checked against work progress to facilitate cash disbursement.
• Must conduct on-site inspections and supervision if there are civil engineering projects located within Yangon.
