• Age Under (40) Years Old. (Myanmar-born Chinese)
• Must be able to live and work at the employer's residence located at Kili Condo.
• Must be fluent in English (both spoken and written) to teach and interact effectively.
• Must be able to speak Chinese for clear communication with the child and family.
• Must have prior teaching experience (formal tutoring) (Or) (classroom setting).
• Experience teaching young children (ages) (5) to (7) is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Myanmar, English, and Mathematics at the primary/elementary level.
• Patient, creative, and engaging teaching style.
• Ability to build a close, trusting rapport with a young child.
• Must be available to teach during after-school hours (flexible schedule).
• Salary and leave arrangements can be negotiated directly with the employer.
• Teach Myanmar, English, and Mathematics to a (6)-year-old student during after-school hours.
• Act as the main facilitator to help the child achieve fluency in English.
• This includes engaging the child in natural, conversational English to build confidence and close language gaps.
• Prepare age-appropriate lesson plans, learning materials, and activities that make learning fun and effective.
• Track the child's academic progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly to ensure continuous improvement.
• Provide regular feedback to parents regarding the child's performance and learning milestones.
• Communicate with the child in both Chinese and English as needed to ensure clear understanding and a comfortable learning environment.
