• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science (Or) any Graduated.
• Minimum (5) years of experience in Health & Safety, preferably in the cement factory, heavy industry (Or) a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and international safety standards.
• Experience in risk assessment, accident investigation, and safety auditing.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to use Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English (written and spoken) is preferred.
• Develop, implement, and maintain workplace Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and local occupational safety regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification.
• Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Organize safety training, toolbox meetings, and emergency response drills.
• Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) throughout the plant.
• Promote a strong safety culture and increase employee safety awareness.
• Prepare safety reports, KPIs, and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate with department managers to improve workplace safety performance.
• Lead emergency response activities and ensure emergency preparedness.

Working Hours : 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Off Days : Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Gazette Holidays
