• Experience in installation and service work for dryers, rice mills, oil mills, (Or) similar agricultural equipment.
• Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems used in industrial machines.
• Ability to supervise the installation of machines and equipment at customer sites.
• Ability to lead and guide technicians during installation and service work.
• Ability to read basic electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and machine manuals.
• Ability to check equipment, wiring, and connections before machine start-up.
• Ability to identify installation problems and arrange quick solutions.
• Good understanding of electrical safety, machine safety, and workplace safety.
• Ability to prepare installation reports, service reports, and maintenance records.
• Good leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
