• Minimum (2) years - Experience in operating in Door-to-Door Delivery Services.
• Excellent customer service, clear verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with a strong customer focus.
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize issues and work under pressure during busy periods with minimum supervision to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to work well with Telegram, Viber, etc.
• Ability to work well with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• To ensure timely all TCC’s customer requests, complaints, issues and resolutions are properly recorded, assigned and followed up until resolution provided and closure.
• To provide delivery service for TCC and customer requests
• To coordinate between customers, operation team, installation team, service team and R&D team.
• To ensure timely scheduling and execution of service activities.
• To act as the primary communication point for TCC and customers.
• To follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
• To monitor system status and report outages or unusual activities.
• To generate regular reports for management and customers.
