• Degree in marketing management, business, information systems, or similar.
• Age between 30 to 45 years old.

• E-commerce channel setting up
o Setting, analysing, planning, crafting, implementing a brand-new E-com channel for achieving better/optimum coverage to households at Yangon and nationwide in future
- Setting up a supply chain within the department (Inventory management, cost-effective order to sales..)
- Relationship management
- Team building and management
• Collaborate with own marketing team:
- Target market (age, sex, territory, income, education. Etc)
- Competitor analysis
- Market analysis to keep track on the emerging trends
- Marketing Plan (Market size, Market share, demand, trend..)
- Advertising planning
- Event Management
- End users’ behaviour analysis
• Setting up an app for the channel
- Setting up an app
- Manage a team to develop an app with developers for the channel
- Ensure the app is compliance with the organizational standards, and practices
- Review, analyse, modify the system based on market demand
- App awareness and usage to the team and relative department
- Team KPI
- Setting Team KPI and Tracking Actual achievement
- Working with Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales Team to release Execution Target
• Sales & Report Analysis
- Provide reporting data to Management
