• Any Bachelor’s Degree
• Should have at least 5 years of experience in Swimming Coaching
• National Team Representative or State Selection would be preferred
• National Pool Lifeguard Qualification would be preferred
• Performs in a manner that reflects positively
• Excellence in coaching skills and the ability to lead and mentor your squad, improve the training courses.
• Teaching individual and group classes to a variety of ages and skill levels, including children’s classes.
• Coach always to be best of your ability with interest at heart professionally.
• Attend Coaches meetings to discuss the Complex progress and new ideas for the future.
• Teaching and perfecting skills like flips, kicks, body rolls, floating, and breath control.
• Consult regularly with your student and improve technique
• Be punctual for all Complex activities
