• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Agricultural or related field from recognized institute.
• High level of English proficiency in written & spoken.
• Able to use Microsoft Office applications plus email / internet.
• With at least 5 to 7 years. Experience in agricultural production,
community development, extension work and farming activities.
• Able to demonstrate critical thinking, problem solving and decision making, very good listening and sensing skills, balanced and sensible
judgment.
• Experience of working for a matrixed / international organization which is truly multicultural and diverse.
• Plant Disease is an advantage.
